As you already know if you've been keeping up with our news, Incisor, our Corby 45, was launched for the first time last week ready for a “shake down” cruise in the Solent after her winter refit. The weather forecasters had promised us balmy sunny conditions but they lied and we had overcast skies and 20knots of wind from the south west. Although this might have been a rather annoying fact to face if you had set off for a day at the beach with a picnic and your bucket and spade, Incisor loves these conditions. With the spinnaker up we were soon sailing in excess of 10 knots. This weekend proved to be the ideal test in readiness for our first stag weekend charter next week and Incisor is in good shape for the season.
